This scholarship is a unique opportunity for undergraduate students passionate about shaping the future of the Australian power and energy sector, to receive financial support industry placements and insights into the power industry.
The Power Up Scholarship offers:
Guaranteed Paid Placement: You are guaranteed a paid placement worth $15k+
Industry Conference Opportunities: Opportunities to attend national industry conferences fully paid!
Up to $4k across your degree: Receive $4k to support your studies in a relevant degree
API Credentialling: Receive Industry recognized credentialling to give your graduate application a boost
Industry connections: Opportunities to engage directly with leading industry professionals and organizations.
Professional development: Access to mentoring, networking events, and resources to develop skills and prepare for a successful career.
Since its inception, the Power Up Scholarship has supported hundreds of students across Australia, empowering the next generation of engineers, innovators, and leaders in the energy sector.
Who can apply?
This Power UP Scholarship is available to:
Current engineering students (the majority of Scholarships will be awarded to 1st year students with a proportion available to 2nd and 3rd year students)
Studying electrical, mechanical/mechatronics, or power industry related degrees or studying a mix of science, technology, & engineering subjects relating to the power industry other subjects e.g., telecommunications / computing / IoT/ Data / Science, etc.
