🔌 Calling all members and future members of the Australian Power Institute (API)! 🔌
We're gearing up to send out our annual membership renewal notices soon.
So whether you’re looking to renew your commitment or you're curious about what API membership can offer, now is the perfect time to connect.
Being a member of API not only connects you to a network of industry professionals and experts who are also passionate about supporting the development of the next generation of power engineering professionals - and enables the API team to do the great work that we do - but also provides your team with access to unique programs and initiatives.
This includes our exciting new PowerUP program, designed specifically for undergraduate students to gain firsthand experience in the power and energy sector - launched only this year, it already has over 750+ undergraduate students connected into this national community of young Australians passionate about technical careers in power.
Also other exciting new developments like our annual PowerUP Student Video Challenge, where undergraduates share their experiences working with our member organisations over the summer — showcasing the real-world impact and opportunities within our industry and in way that authentically connects with other young Australians.
And of course input to the selection of our exclusive API Bursary scholarship program of 100+ high calibre undergraduate students (now called the PowerUP scholarship), and resources to support you in providing undergraduate students with impact work experience placements. Or our Powerful Women Leadership Program and Summer School 2-week residential for mid career professionals.
