EESA: Electric Energy Conference 2024 (EECON)

Join us at EECON 2024 and discover more about how the API and EESA support individuals and organisations develop the 'next generation', and chat with grads/undergrads in our 'next generation lounge'.

EECON 2024 will cover the challenges and strategies for net-zero, energy market dynamics and decarbonisation, off-grid solutions and microgrids, network management, and disaster response, network reliability and resilience investment, future grid and asset management, energy storage, and renewable integration, technology experienced professionals from across the sector, and to support our members (organisations and individuals) in understanding how the API and EESA are supporting the development of the next generation.

The conference builds on the API's success and experience with supporting undergraduate students to attend previous ENA and EECON conferences with our TJ Effeney scholarship (supported by Energy Queensland and the Effeney Family) and other industry conferences.

The full API staff team - and a bunch of undergrad students - will be at EECON 2024, and we look forward to connecting with you and sharing details of how we are supporting the development of the next generation workforce for Australia's power sector.
