WORKFORCE PLANNING
One of the most important input tools used by the API is accurate information on both supply and demand for professional power engineers. To gain this information, the API conducts 2 yearly workforce planning surveys. Accordingly we have updated our data and information on the current and future forecast power engineering manpower requirements by surveying our Industry members, and we greatly appreciate input from the organisations who have responded to the 2015 survey. We look forward to conducting another report in 2017.
